A project starts with a need that has to be fulfilled for a clearly defined customer or Project Owner in project speak. Below we walk you through a typical biogas project framework;

 

STAGE 1 : INITIAL CUSTOMER INTERACTION

Customer will be asked to supply a detailed project write-up and to share their own work as a benchmark. At this stage limited testing may be required and these cost to be borne by customer.

 

STAGE 2 : DESKTOP STUDY

The desktop study is done at risk for qualifying projects. A qualifying project is one that is adopted by one of our team who sees sufficient merit to become its project driver.

The output level of the proceeding stages is that of Business Case, i.e. establishment of an “order of magnitude” budget with limited architecture development.

Obtaining the necessary environmental permissions & permits may be a long lead-time item whilst impacting on design considerations.
